Every new piano we sell comes with manufacturer’s warranties (usually ten years, including parts & labor), and any service needed is professionally provided to customers on every Hawaiian Island by our piano technician partners. After uncrating, our delivery team will set up your piano in your home, exactly where you want it placed. They will make sure all the keys are working and that you are delighted with the instrument. Our piano technician partner will then follow up within 14 days to tune and service your piano to perfection. You’ll have a direct phone or online access to your piano representative on the Island throughout the delivery process.
Absolutely! We can make arrangements to schedule days that work for your and our team, pick you up at the Portland International Airport, and drive you to our massive 30,000 square ft showroom, where you have one-on-one access to our entire inventory. We can recommend several local hotels and other dining options for you during your visit, along with other Portland and Oregon points of interest. Once you’ve made a selection, our team will arrange to deliver your piano to your home on the Islands.
